From our beginning as Advanced Spinal Management, we found through research that one of the most complex and debilitating yet misunderstood spinal issues was caused by Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Having found this link, innovated and now help many thousands find a way to manage their condition.
Through our journey, we found that Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome also causes many other issues, including previously misdiagnosed or missed completely. Especially issues of within the entire GI Tract; while only a small percentage developed the most severe forms, proactive management is critical.
One of the more severe forms is a rapid CDMS (Collagen Depletion Multi-system) which, left untreated, significantly reduces the quality of life in the short and long term. The medical profession has now named HSD or Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, so we have changed over terminology.
We are now a research program taking the correct learning from the spinal EDS work and developing strategies and treatment protocols to help such individuals with HSD. Our goal is simply to enable sufferers to reach old age with the maximum Quality of Life they can achieve.
